My article citations aren't making it into my RefWorks account
Your browser's pop-up blocker will prevent the direct export window from opening, thus keeping your citations from importing into RefWorks. We encourage you to disable your pop-up blocker temporarily while you are working with RefWorks.
How do I access RefWorks if I'm off-campus?
You can access by entering your BlueNet ID with the suffix, @ccsu.edu (e.g., email@example.com) and password (see section "Security Warnings and Library Databases" for more information) or use the CCSU Group Code, which may be obtained by calling the Reference Department (860-832-2060) or emailing Sarah Lawson (firstname.lastname@example.org).
How do I import citations from the online library catalog?
The easiest way to include a book record in RefWorks is to directly export it from the library catalog. Once you have clicked on the title of a book that you want to export to RefWorks, simply click on the icon labeled,"RefWorks." Until February 15, 2017, please select Legacy Refworks if prompted to choose a version of RefWorks. After that date you may choose either version.
