Ask-a-Librarian & FAQ
The Burritt Library offers five options to ask for help with research form a librarian. Reference help is available by walk-in, phone, email, text, and web chat service.
ILLiad - Interlibrary Loan
ILLiad, our interlibrary loan service, enables you to borrow items from other libraries outside of the CSCUs. This link will take you to the login page. If you have not used ILLiad before, you will need to make an account. Use this link to create your account or follow the prompts after "First Time Users" from the login page.
Find Items in Course Reserves
Enter your search in the search box at the landing page. For best results, search by the title of the item.
EJournal Locator
Use this link to search for ejournals by title or to browse the ejournal collection alphabetically.
Technical Support and Off Campus Access
