LLA502 - Developmental Reading in K-12

  1. Find Books: access to Central Search which includes the library's online catalog, a list of Library of Congress Call Numbers for books on education, and a video tutorial on how to find and access books in the library.
  2. Find Articles: a list of databases that are typically used by education majors, how to find journal titles, and a sub-page for a list of journals from top educator's associations.
  3. Websites: links to websites for professional education associations and councils, educational research, and teacher education resources, and a tutorial on how to evaluate websites. .
  4. Learning Objectives & Outcomes: the differences between the two and help on creating them.
  5. Citing Your Sources: all about different citation styles, as well as an introduction to the library supported citation manager, RefWorks.
