What are Infographics?

An infographic is a visual display that is designed to convey a great deal of information quickly and attractively so that the user can easily grasp the prominent points of a topic. Although infographics have existed for many years, their use is in education is especially valued because it is thought they capitalize on the visual nature of data, which is important for learners – especially reluctant readers.
