How do I get a book from the library?
You can seek help from library staff (service desks open on the 1st and 2nd floors)  or locate & request books/media through the CentralSearch catalog. The catalog lets you know if an item is on the shelf and if so, gives you a stack location and call number. You can pick up & check out requests and course reserves in person at the Circulation desk.
What are the rules for borrowing materials?

Are there any rules for library building visitors
Library stacks are open for browsing (except for Stack 1, which is closed due to a construction project - staff can retrieve items for you) & study space. Library users can eat & drink anywhere in the library. A designated eating area is available on the second floor. Please be respectful of the quiet areas in the library (e.g., the 4th floor, which is our "quiet floor").
Will computers be available for use?
There are 2 public terminals on the 1st floor and one on Stack 6 for all library visitors. For CCSU students and faculty, there are computers on the 2nd and 4th floors.
What about Printing?
See our guide to printing at the library. CCSU recently switched to a print management system known as Papercut, which requires a credit balance to be available on your Bluechip card.
To add value to your card, go to https://get.cbord.com/ccsu
Login to Papercut using your CCSU Microsoft/Bluenet credentials by selecting "Sign in with Microsoft" on the log in screen.
