This guide explains how you can access library services and resources, updated for the 2024-25 academic year. It includes information about hours & services available for students, faculty, and guests at the Elihu Burritt Library.
The library offers both quiet and non-quiet areas, on various floors and stack locations. Please see our library map/floorplan for details.
Are there any rules for library building visitors
Library users can eat & drink anywhere in the library. Please be respectful of the quiet areas in the library (e.g., 4th floor).
Will computers be available for use?
There are 2 public terminals on the 1st floor and one on Stack 6 for all library visitors. For CCSU students and faculty, there are computers on the 2nd and 4th floors.
What about Printing?
See our guide to printing at the library for information and the current rate for using printers. Our printers are managed via CCSU's Papercut system, which requires a credit balance on your Bluechip card.
To add value to your card, go to https://get.cbord.com/ccsu
Login to Papercut using your CCSU Microsoft/Bluenet credentials by selecting "Sign in with Microsoft" on the log in screen.
