Design Research Guide

Type in keywords. Use quotation marks to search a phrase (ex. "history of typography). Books may be available in print or online format.

To find reference books, add the word reference to your search. 

To find ebooks, filter your results to Online (under 'Format' in the left hand column of the results page). 

You will find design books in STACK 4 of the library, with call numbers beginning with "N." The Library of Congress Classification System for "N" is broken down below, making your search much easier!

You will also find design books in STACK 6 under 'Z' which includes information on books and printing!

We also have Reference Books that may be useful in your research. Reference Books are located on the 2nd floor of the Library:
